Return eligibility

Start the request within 30 days of delivery. Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, it should be unused, complete and in resalable condition with the original packaging, blower, stakes, repair kit, carry bag, manual and other supplied components.

How to start a return

1. Sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase.
2. Open Your Orders and select the Baralir item.
3. Choose Return or Replace Items and follow Amazon’s instructions.
4. Use the issued return method and keep the tracking receipt until the case closes.

Refund timing

After a return is approved and received, Baralir aims to authorize the refund within one to two business days. Amazon and the payment provider determine when the credit appears. Additional bank processing time may apply.

Condition requirements

Missing parts, dirt, moisture, punctures, damage, misuse or significant wear may reduce a refund or make the item ineligible where allowed by law. Let an inflatable dry fully before repacking. Amazon may apply additional terms shown in the order or product listing.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Contact the seller through Amazon promptly if the item is damaged, defective or different from the order. Keep the shipping carton and take clear photos of the item, labels, packaging and visible damage.
