What the warranty covers

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that keep a Baralir inflatable or included blower from operating as described during normal, intended use. Coverage begins on the original Amazon purchase date and applies to the original purchaser.

What is not covered

• Tears, punctures or abrasion caused by sharp objects, unsuitable surfaces or improper storage
• Damage from severe weather, water entering the blower, fire, animals or misuse
• Operation above the stated age, weight or user limits
• Unauthorized alteration, repair or use of an incompatible blower
• Normal wear, fading and cosmetic changes that do not affect safe function

How to request service

1. Find the purchase in your Amazon order history.
2. Use Amazon messaging to contact the seller.
3. Share the model, order number and a clear description of the concern.
4. Provide photos or video and complete reasonable troubleshooting when requested.

An approved claim may be resolved with a repair solution, replacement part, equivalent product or another remedy permitted by law. Product and component availability can affect the available remedy.

Lifetime technical support

Baralir continues to help with setup, safe operation, cleaning, drying, folding and storage questions after the limited warranty ends. Technical assistance does not extend product coverage or cover replacement parts outside the warranty.
